I had my wedding band made by you over ten years ago. I had a prong bend and took it in today to see about getting it fixed.
The jeweler Michele did and excellent job putting it into a new basket and cleaned the ring up...it looks like new. Great job, and the repair cost me nothing. Love your work and guarantee.
I bought a pendent today and plan to add to my collection soon, looking forward to making more pieces with you. I have a cluster I'll need reworked, your creative pieces give me lots of options and ideas.
I can't wait.

Dana Augustine Kay Jewelers Event
I found out about the Dana Augustine Event at Kay Jewelers a few weeks prior. One the employees told me I could look at and pick a few engagement rings from their online catalog and have them ordered to try on at the event!
After half a dozen phone calls to the Kay jewelers store and speaking with 3 different employees these styles I chose had been confirmed that they would be at the event. Well, my soon to be Fiancee webt there with the intention of buying one and having that moment, but to my dismay not a single style I had requested and been told would be there was actually at the event! Then again, was handed off to at least 3 different employees trying to scramble through what they had available.
The prices were all way too high compared to similar styles at other jewelers. What a wasted experience.

Incomplete job
I went to a Dana Augustine event at our local Zales. I had decided to get my 1 ct heart shaped diamond remounted in a thicker band.
I picked out a beautiful semi-mount and decided to purchase it even though it was so over priced. The jeweler from Dana Augustine performed the work in the store and presented me with the ring within an hour. I thought it looked beautiful.....until about an hour later. The band began to discolor.
Within a few hours, the entire band was discolored. It didn't look white gold anymore. I was horrified. I brought the ring back and showed the Zales manager.
He agreed with me that the Dana Augustine rep had not completed the job as he had not dipped the ring in rhodium plating that is essential after work is done on a ring. I was angry and requested a full refund.
Too high and mighty
Overly Priced
There is no stamp of the 14kt like they said and the D.I.A mark. They put my 1ct round diamond in a new setting that I bought from a Event at Zales and it cost me than more than diamond.
I do feel ripped off and there is no number to call on website. The Jeweler who added my own diamond in the ring was excellent his name was John and he knew his stuff very impressed with him. The sales guy Tom was very hard to bargain with, impossible to get him to budge with price. I paid $5700.00 tax not included for a halo setting and the tag said $7000.00 in the jewelry retail word that didn't seem like a deal at all ( That was without a diamond JUST SETTING).
I was in love with the ring and now having buyers remorse cause it cost way more than I expected and feel completely ripped off.
Thinking of returning since I bought it! Don't get wrong its a beautiful ring but I have Diamond rings with more carets that was bang for my buck and feel Ive could've got more ring for my $$

Diamonds fell out of mounting
Hello,
I purchased an over $6000 halo engagement ring and two anniversary bands from Dana Augustine at a show in February 2014 at Helzberg Diamonds in Gurnee, IL. I had my original diamond set right there in the store that day. Within less than 2 months, diamonds had fallen out to the halo engagement ring, and I had to return it for repairs to Dana Augustine via Helzberg Diamonds, and it took over 10 business days and more than 2 weeks total to get it fixed and returned, which is outrageous. Again, in July 2014, less than 6 months from purchase of the original mounting, I had more diamonds fall out of the halo setting on the engagement ring. I took it to Helzberg on 7/8 at 10:00 AM CDT when the store opened and was told by the employee at Helzberg that the ring was going out THAT morning and being over nighted to Dana Augustine. I called Helzberg for an update on 7/10, and they said it hadn't even shipped until the afternoon of 7/9 and Dana Augustine would not even get it until 7/11. That is my first complaint. Helzberg promised an immediate and over night shipping of the ring via UPS, and they failed. On 7/11, I was called by Helzberg and told Dana Augustine would have the ring back to me "early the week of 7/14", and I explained I needed it no later than Thursday, 7/17, as I was going out of town, and I had expressed my disappointment with the quality and service I was receiving. I informed them the diamond had been replaced by a QZ, and Dana Augustine was aware as well. I called Helzberg on 7/16 for an update and was told I would get the ring possibly on 7/18 if not on 7/21. I complained about the service and quality of the Dana Augustine piece and would expect for $6000 diamonds would not contiually fall out of the ring. Dana Augustine communicated to Helzberg that it was because the stone had been replaced, which is absolutely not the case. I had to send it back to Dana Augustine PRIOR to the stone being replaced, SO explain that. Explain the horrific customer service. Explain the horrific quality. The mounting is separate then the stone. I have contacted the very reputable jeweler on Jewler's Row in Chicago, and THEY are going to be taking care of this "wonderful" piece of jewelry for me from now on. I WILL be filing a complaint against both companies as I have spent over $8000 with the two companies since February, and I have received NOTHING but horrible service. It took me calling and complaing again today, 7/16, to get Helzberg to call Dana Augustine and have them overnight the ring to the store in Gurnee by Thursday morning. In addition, Helzber told me they "don't do overnight via FedEx, just two day", and I was told when I dropped it off, they would "overnight it via UPS". That is awful, awful customer service on both parts. Had I done my research, I would have read all the horrific and awful reviews on Dana Augustine online prior to purchasing the setting. Trust me, I will be filing all the complaints and reviews I can from YELP to the BBB to any other site online, so noboby else has to waste their time and money on shoddy service and quality.
I would expect better from two supposedly "reputable" jewelers.

Dana's jewelry is very over priced , he try's to make it out to seem like he is giving you a deal and in reality he definitely is not. Then after reading the reviews I am glad I didn't purchase anything.
I worked for this crook for some time . His diamond quality is garbage.
His jewelry is marked up 7 times. He under pays his factory workers.
His quality control is horrible. Do not by from these people.
